Marilyn Vutech
Marilyn Vutech has been a licensed realtor since 1986. She began her career with Brunner Realtors and has a passion for working with buyers and sellers both in the downtown and suburban markets. Marilyn, with her husband Jim and girls, Emily and Anna, lived in German Village for 13 years and now reside in Southern Delaware County. She loves to garden, work out, and hunt for antiques in her spare time.
Jeff Ruff
Jeff has been licensed as a realtor since 1990 originally with Brunner Realtors in the Village and prior to that was a men's clothing retailer. Jeff resided in German Village for over 25 years before pursuing his passion as a horseman showing and training horses as well as being a gentleman farmer along with his life partner, Roy, in New Albany. Jeff's great joy in real estate is the ongoing friendships with clients and introducing buyers from out of town to Columbus.
Torri Carey
Torri has 11 plus years of real estate experience reaching from Downtown to all suburbs. She is an accredited first time home buyer representative (ABR) & residential relocation specialist (RRS). Specialties include: Platinum, Urban and Suburban properties, first time buyers, relocation, seasoned buyers & sellers, new builds, condos & short-sales. Torri spends free time volunteering at the Capital Area Humane Society.
Terri Dickey
Terri Dickey joined the Vutech & Ruff team in early 2009, bringing over 30 years of real estate sales experience to the team. She is a long-time German Village resident and has served on the Society Board of Trustees, headed Haus & Garden Tour and participated in almost every German Village Society activity. Terri takes particular pleasure in introducing new residents and first-time buyers to the unique lifestyle offered in German Village.
Mary Yorde
Mary Yorde joined Vutech & Ruff in 2009. She is a graduate of Franklin University and has over 25 years experience in customer service, management and sales prior to beginning her career in real estate. In 2007, Mary and her husband Bob moved from the suburbs to the Short North where they have completely embraced and enjoy urban living. Mary strives to exceed customer expectations through her energetic commitment to service.
Mike McCoy
Mike, currently a Short North resident and originally from Upper Arlington, is a graduate of The Ohio State University. Mike proactively and successfully represents both buyers and sellers. By combining a determined drive for success and a deep rooted philosophy to satisfy the needs of his clients, Mike will put the deal together with exceptional service and communication.
Kim Mills
Kim has worked in real estate since 2003, directing sales efforts for developers at urban condominium projects such as the Buggyworks (Arena District) and Ibiza (Short North). A former Arena District resident now living in Upper Arlington, she is detail oriented, energetic, and loves fostering strong client relationships. Kim graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in Sports Marketing & Communications. In her free time she loves coaching age group swimming, photography, and enjoying family life with her husband and son.
Carole Speaks
Carole is the Vutech & Ruff Closing Coordinator, a licensed agent for over 26 years and a valuable member of our team for 14 years. Whether writing and processing contracts for our Buyers and Sellers or helping customers and agents, Carole brings experience and enthusiasm to her position. She is committed to helping our clients achieve a smooth closing and will assist in every way toward that goal. Carole is an avid traveler and mother to 1 daughter and 1 cat.
Sharon Broadnax
Sharon is our part-time administrative assistant. She handles information requests from the public and also assists other agents and walk-in customers each weekend and various days throughout the week. Sharon additionally works with our buyers & sellers.
Kate Zachrich
Kate Zachrich has over 16 years sales experience. After living in German Village, Kate and her husband Mike purchased an equestrian farm in southern Delaware county. Kate's exceptional client/customer service has brought her many years of success and she enjoys helping buyers and sellers alike, achieve their real estate objectives. In her spare time Kate enjoys her farm, spending time with her friends and family as well as showing her horses.
Nicole Hess
Nicole is the Vutech & Ruff Administrative and Marketing Assistant. Currently a German Village resident and originally from Upper Arlington. She is also is a graduate of Northern Kentucky University. Nicole has a passion for helping clients and assisting in any needs they may have throughout the process of purchasing or selling a home.
